An advocate is someone who can listen deeply while you explain a situation you may be facing, and then help you to see where you may need to clarify your position, how you might be able to verify facts, or just help you explain your circumstances in such a manner that allows you to avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary animosity.
I have experience advocating for individuals and families and I can help you see where and why you may be having difficulty getting people to listen to you. Whether you are trying to communicate to a caseworker or a landlord, I will take the time to hear your story and then advise on how I think you can best proceed.
