Willow offers traditional psychotherapy and spiritually focused counseling from a Transpersonal perspective. Practical skills, mindfulness and other strategies support insight, clarify choice and encourage action. Respect and gentle challenge honors and nurtures each individual’s alignment with their own Spiritual/Religious wisdom, life’s work and journey.
Willow’s background includes degrees in Psychology, Interdisciplinary Religious Studies, Clinical Pastoral Education, and study with Buddhist, Hindu, Native American and Hawai’ian Elders. She has counseled in public mental health, private practice, provided community education, staff presentations and services to hospice, university staff and non-profits among others. Willow counsels individual adults who identify as struggling with a variety of mental health challenges as well as those who find themselves profoundly called to create and live their life with greater integrity.

Each of us can find the answers we seek within our own heart, in each moment. Inner knowing is beyond our own conscious thinking. However, as we become aware of our True guidance, our connection with the Source of Love and Light, we discover that It gives us strength, vision, peace, and joy. Open Heart meditation guides us to feel the Love within our hearts, while Reiki Tummo uses that connection to channel this healing energy, through our hearts, to ourselves and others.
Feeling my heart, I use guided meditation, energy healing, sharing, and quiet time, to facilitate your own self healing, feeling your own direct connection with the Source. This process uncovers and releases blockages and negative energy we hold in our hearts which keep us from health and happiness, on all levels. As an instrument of the Source of Love and Light, I support you to open your heart to your own healing of mind, body, and spirit.
I have been Northwest coordinator for Open Heart and Reiki Tummo for the past 2 years and have reached Master Reiki Tummo level. I have been an inner listening guide and intuitive healer in the Eugene community for the past 20 years. I also lead A Course in Miracles study group, ongoing since 1996. I have studied and participated in many different healing modalities since a young age partly because my father and step-mother are healers and counselors and introduced me to them. Some of the techniques I have studied and found helpful for my own personal healing have been: hands on healing, pendulum clearing, past life regression, family consellations, and crystal/sound/color therapy to clear chakras. While working with a teacher about fifteen years ago I began to see visions of past lives and to see where energy is blocked or needing to be released. I offer supportive, healing, and inspirational guidance by using my clairovoyant and empathic abilities as well as crystal and sound therapy and hands on healing. I can see where there are emotional and physical blocks that need to be shifted, where there are other health concerns and what can be done to improve them and answer any other questions on relationships, career, and life purpose. Whatever comes to mind I am happy to assist you and love sharing my inner gifts with others!
