Everything in the world is made up of energy, also known as frequency, light, or waves. When we know the frequencies, or energy signatures, we can re-create them to re-educate the mind, body, and spirit to release old patterns, or stress, and move towards perfect wellness. Our perfect wellness lies just beyond our resistance to it, or ohm (the electrical measurement of resistance) and all we have to do is move through it. Light therapy helps to shift energy blockages and promote the establishment of healthy regeneration.
